The Feminist Activist Forum is a publicity alliance of feminist activists, artists and others committed to progressive social change through public education, mobilization, and artistic expression.
Each speaker featured here is part of the FAF network. They are available to lead grassroots, innovative workshops, talks, performances, panel discussions and forums on a wide variety of feminist and activist topics, tailored specifically for different audiences (including those of various ages and coming with different levels of background knowledge). Sessions can be booked through each speaker individually (not FAF!). As activists who are also involved in much unpaid activist work, it is expected a courtesy of those contacting speakers that they offer at least travel costs, if not a small fee.
FAF aims to act as a point of contact for feminist activists, and not as a centralised 'booking office'. We see many folks engaged in creative processes of social change and we are interested in supporting these grassroots skill-shares and popular education initiatives further, extending them to broader audiences. Please contact FAF directly if you are interested in joining this publicity and education alliance as a speaker and/or workshop facilitator.
